How do I check my order status?

When will my order ship?

In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. The majority of our items are made to order therefore shipping times may vary between products. Please check specific product pages for estimated lead times and delivery.

What is your shipping policy for furniture and oversized items?

Shipping for furniture and oversized items is coordinated by a member of our Customer Care team after your order has been placed. We will retrieve the best delivery quote based on your location, delivery circumstance, and the product itself. We will contact you with the best possible shipping quote, and upon your approval, arrange for your new product to be shipped.

Do you offer white glove installation?

We do! Our team is proud to offer white glove installation within a 25 mile radius of Newport Beach, CA. This includes delivery to your home, taking the item into the designated room, unpacking, removing the packaging, and assembly. The cost for white glove installation is $120 per hour.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states, and hope to expand our shipping range in the near future.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

We offer in-store pickup for items that we currently have in stock at our retail location. Please contact shop@houseofmorrison.com or call our direct line at (949) 612-8070 to confirm if the item in which you’re interested is available.




What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new purchase as much as we do. If for any reason your item does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 14 days of receival according to tracking information. Items are returnable unless otherwise stated on product page. Due to their custom nature, House of Morrison Exclusive Furniture is not returnable. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. Any custom orders or sale items are final sale unless stated otherwise. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days from warehouse receival for your return to be processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We accept items for exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Please email shop@houseofmorrison.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the new item you’d like to receive. One of our Team Members will happily assist you throughout your exchange. Customers will not be charged for shipping costs associated with a product exchange.

Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing an item?

We provide fabric swatches for all HoM Exclusive fabrics for a small fee. If you’re interested in receiving any of our swatches, please email shop@houseofmorrison.com.

Providing a quality piece of furniture that will last for years to come is of utmost importance to our team.  Each piece is made to order in Santa Ana, California by our master upholstery team with no quality detail left undone. All of our frames are constructed with kiln dried alder wood. We use this hardwood species to build an extremely durable frame. The kiln-dried process removes moisture so that the product can be shipped to any locale in the country without being affected by humidity. The joints of our frames are secured in a number of ways. Major stress points are corner blocked, doweled, glued and stapled. Our seats are constructed with no sag springs.  These springs are spaced 4-5” apart with the springs closest to the arms positioned at 2” intervals for additional support. Our frames are then very heavily padded with Dacron and foam on the inside back, top of arms and the front rail. All our seams are individually overlocked and numerous designs include beautiful baseball stitching on visible seams. 




Standard orders are assigned an 8-10 week lead time, altered orders are assigned a 10-12 week lead time, and custom orders are assigned a lead time per project. Lead times commence after we receive an approved order and COM or COL, if applicable. All lead times are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of House of Morrison.



All pieces are made to order; therefore, cancellations are not accepted after three business days from order placement.



Local delivery is available for a flat rate of $95 within 10 miles of our Newport Beach location (1720 Santa Ana Ave, Costa Mesa CA, 92627). Otherwise, delivery costs will be billed separately after placing your order. Depending on your location and shipping requirements, some shipments are shipped freight collect. The customer may choose any carrier, and we will gladly facilitate the logistics on your behalf. We take pride in handcrafting the finest upholstered furniture available in the marketplace. Our furniture is built to demanding specifications by skilled craftsmen at each point of the manufacturing process. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to new upholstered furniture and is extended only to the customer who makes the original purchase. House of Morrison warrants that the individual furniture components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the length of time specified below. Any claim for service must be made through an authorized House of Morrison Dealer, where the furniture was purchased. Repair or replacement, as we so determine, will be decided as soon as possible upon receipt of claim.



The hardwood frame and soft edge sinuous coil springs are warrantied against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for the lifetime of the item. This does not include legs.



Cushions are warrantied for one year against loss of resiliency. The loss of resilience should not be confused with a slight softening and flattening of the polyester fiber and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging. Cushions do require maintenance by the customer to insure maximum life.



Upholstery fabrics are warrantied against defective material or workmanship for one year under normal care and use. This warranty does not cover fading, pilling, or shrinkage and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling or abuse. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treating, improper cleaning or animal usage is also excluded from this warranty.
